I haven't seen your specific vase before. Most glass of this type I have seen has been made in the USA. Sooner Glass of Oklahoma does some colorful pieces of this type. I don't know if they worked with transparent colored glass. If no one else in the Murano board has an idea, the moderator can switch it to the general board. Someone may have a better idea of the company.
