It's a rose bowl, but from where? The crimps seem a little uneven, but would Murano have made UV reactive glass?

Johanna Billings wrote the classic book on rose bowls, and wrote an essay on distinguishing Victorian bowls from Murano ones. You might be able to find the book in a library.
