Whitefriars Beer Glass?
« on: September 15, 2009, 06:29:04 PM »
Greetings Fellow Glassnuts!

Just wondering if this might be a Whitefriars beer glass of some description...?

The only reason I ask is because the edge of the base is rounded in rather a well thought out and pleasing way, like the underside of many Whitefriars items I have seen (knobbly vases, ashtrays).  I also thought the colour was a little (if only a little) like Sea Green.

Brilliant - thanks everyone.  It's such an awful design to drink out of - reminds me of the MacDonalds free coke glass in shape.  Looks great on a shelf though.
