I don't know who made your bowl but it is very pretty.  I love the circle murrines.  Very nice.  This is just a wild guest and I could be totally off base but maybe Fratelli Toso?  Hopefully someone could help better than me on the forum today.

Like I said it was a wild guess but your bowl could also be a generic end of the day bowl.  I have one of these as well with reminents of a foil label but I do believe mine is generic.  I bought it for fun.
