This is listed as a Flavio Poli for Seguso. I know it is not... I am curious if it is Czech, as that is how it strikes me.
Also, If it is, who is it?

Looks like Czech to me too.  I looked through 'Modern Bohemian Glass' (not that modern really, dated 1963) and thought it could be there...but no luck.

Looks kinda Czech, I would guess fairly modern production given the stronger colours. A few similarities with http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,26614.0.html
