Found this one recently and i know its not that special but would love to know who made it....any help appreciated.It is a clear glass vase .....colored water to show of pattern.
Base has a stippled effect.

Thought to be German, and design based on the Schliemann? discovery of gold from Troy.
The meandros ring is common to many designs, (see Dartington "Greek Key") but the lower panel decoration has rarely been used in other countries which manufacture/ed pressed glass.
