I got this as part of a joblot bought from a dealer-friend from Denmark. Apparently originally acquired from a high-end gallery some years ago, with the artist name slipping his memory, but it proved unsaleable due to a huge burst bubble on the base. So I got it tossed in with some Danish glass and ceramics and I'm currently using it for sweeties!

It's very coarse and naïve in style, predominantly green and bubbly with striations of brown, black and white-opal glass.
The base is signed, but the bit they used to engrave it with was unsuitably chunky and the scrawl illegible - and it probably caused the large burst bubble! Having cross-referenced it for possibilities against Danish studio-glass artists I know of, I've come up with nothing. The date
appears to be 1975.
Any ideas gratefully received!
