And the latest information on this subject says that these have been made by Viking as well, and the Viking ones have a smoothed rim, while the Ingridglass ones have a straight bevelled edge. Sorry, moderator!

Hello.  Being that I live in the US, I'm pretty familiar with Viking glass as it is pretty commonly found at thrift shops over here.  I'm 98.5% sure that it's not Viking glass.  Viking glass is very condense, thick glass and almost crystal like in it's quality.  I did forget to mention that this piece did have a partial foil tag still attached on the base.  I cleaned it and it washed away. But, although I could not make out any letters, the colors on the tag were gold and pink.  Maybe that will help someone identify this one better. Thanks for all the comments!
