wavey fish etched vase,id please

Hi i have  a fish bowl with no idea of the maker,it stands at 3" high and about the same across,it is a wavy glass with a beautifully etched fish,can anyone ID this..lynn

could you put a wider shot on which shows the whole vase and another one of the base, also what is the base like does it have a pontil mark is it well polised matt or shine??

Its a funny spikey finned little chap, he looks familiar, i will have a look through some books tmorrow.
Its always a popular subject for etching.

The vase looks a little like the Constance Spry vases for Brierly but never seen one engraved .

Hi thanks for that Mosquito :hiclp:,yes it does look the same vase just the fish is in a slightly different position,if nothing else,this little vase has opened up some fantastic glass collections and sites,from you all its been a great help,i am meant to be clearing out a great aunts collection but am keeping more and more of the pieces as i research them!!! A bit addictive this glass stuff is,and sometimes a huge historic lesson..Lynn
