ID of Blue Glass Comport with Dutch Boys

Blue glass comport found by my OH in a charity shop, I have never seen one before , my first thought was quite new but I am pretty sure it does have quite a lot of age after looking the comport over, my guess would be Bohemian.

The center of the comport is made up of 3  boys who look Dutch and are wearing clogs.

The bowl of the comport is off set and gives the appearance of tilting to one side , it seems to be quite a clever design , has anyone seen another ?

Height 8" or 20cm , diameter 9" or 23cm, weight 1.7 kg
