Hi Keith,
Hard to say exactly from photo, although It does look like a WF molar vase. I have a few of these in red, although i have also come across the green versions before.

If you have any other photos, I'll have another look.

looks like it is to me, the smaller molar is 5.5 inches pattern no 9410 designed by William Wilson if you check out the whitefriars site www.whitefriars.com and type in 9410 into the search box that will give you more pics and info
