Decanter ID If Possible... ID = Frank Thrower for Dartington
« on: November 23, 2009, 08:15:19 AM »
Hi, purchased some years ago in the UK. Was advised it was Whitefriars at sale. I am not really into decanters but have bought a few for some reason  :spls: . This is the only non labeled/signed piece. It's a smokey grey in colour. Ground and polished base. It is 10.6 inches (26.5cm) high and diameter is 4.6 inches (11.5cm) in diameter. I have slowly been going through the Whitefriars catalogues but no luck yet. Any hekp would be appreciated.  ;D

Thank you pinkspoons. I had a feeling the Whitefriars search would prove pointless  :spls: . I believe you are spot on with your ID. Many thanks for that!  ;D.

Came in clear too, and had a stopper redesign in 1990 and a new number. The new ones have a bubble
