Large Glass Frog - ID help...

Hi,

This is a quite unusual frog and he has clear glass at base with a green colour on top. His base is smooth and polished.
Size: 4" high and 4.1/2" wide. He is also quite heavy - 575g.

Any ideas where he is from?
