Unusual finely made iridescent bowl uranium??
« on: November 26, 2009, 08:53:03 PM »
Hi all i could anyone tell me anything about this finely made green iridescent bowl it has a snapped pontil to the centre of the base, I feel sure its period going on the wear to the extremities. The item measures 8" in diameter and 3" both tall and the foot is this wide. The pictures dont really capture the petrol blue etc that it contains on the surface or the almost uranium yellow/green internal of the glass. it has a raised trailing on he reverse that goes around the piece which is broken up at small intervals. Can anyone give an approx date/manufacturer??
Thanks for looking. :hiclp:
