I see the part of it as "Of (i.e. Orrefors) 5011 -140"  It does look like an Orrefors piece. That would mean the first group represent the code letters for the designer, but I can't match a possible reading of the letters with any Orrefors designer. Bill Geary would be the one of the few able to help.
