Help ID vase please

This is a small vase or maybe scent bottle. It is 5 inches tall. I cannot read the marks on the bottom any help would be great. I think it says 1911 2713PL but I can't make out any of the words

This is a small vase or perfume bottle I can not make out the etching on the bottom. I read
something maybe an L in a circle; Night Kuslia 1911 2713PL Aira
I am sure everything I just wrote was wrong except the numbers I need help please.

Is there wear inside on the top, where a perfume (what is the word I'm looking for?) would grind as it was lifted in and out of the bottle?

Thank you I did not even think of that but yes I can see where it is frosty on the inside where a stopper should be. This bottle is 5 inches tall, I don't think I put that in before. Any idea on the maker or an age?
