gorgeous mushroom stoppered decanter some help pleas

evening everyone
would love some help to identify this decanter its lovely clarity and i dont know whether its a signiture on both decanter and stopper or a number
in excellent condition it has clear lacing around the decanter neck

just had a look through 'the decanter' by Andy McConnell, doesnt help much!
Cant really see anything similar, that unusual stopper makes me think Art Nouveau, late Victorian
I think you may be in the dark for some time on this one :-\
