Sorry to keep waffling everyone, but the above link shows some greenish-yellow as well, which is making me lean back towards Czech (Prachen) again.  The pieces are very heavy, made with glass that has a high lead content, very solid bases that are nicely finished, and clear, smooth, polished pontil marks.  Hope this helps rather than confuses.

Do the Flora have clear-cased bases? If not then not Flora

There's someone with the same design of vase currently on eBay claiming Wedgwood attribution. But, as with all things eBay, it's best taken with a pinch of salt until it can be verified.

Colours aren't vivid enough IMHO.

Auction: HERE

They state in the question/response part at the bottom of the auction that their attribution is based on seeing an etch-marked one end on eBay last year, and that they've saved the photos. Perhaps you could message them to clarify that it is the same, and not just loosely similar (the two criteria can be entirely interchangeable for some people - especially when it comes to attributing for the purpose of sale).

Christine:

The Flora vase I have has a clear, cased base, but it also has a fair number of random bubbles. This doesn't look like Flora to me.
