My Lady Carnival glass powder jar, ? for Glen.
« on: January 21, 2010, 02:20:57 PM »

I found a "My Lady" powder jar today and was wondering if Glen (or anyone else) had any information about it, other than it being thought to be of European origin?

TIA,
Della

'Tis still a mystery, Della (unless anyone else has firm evidence of the maker, that is). When the first Walther catalogues came to light, I fondly hoped that we'd find My Lady residing there (it just felt sooo right). Sadly no sign of her. Ditto for Libochovice, and again, still no sign. If you can post a photo that would be great, as it really is a lovely piece of glass that is consistently sought after by collectors.

A nice find - well done

How rude of me, my sincere apologies. Attached as requested, a couple of photos.

Glen,
As always, very many thanks  :kissy: Should you require any high-res photos, please just let me know.
