Ruby Vase - Gold Pleated Rim Vase and Gold Pattern Design

A beautiful looking vase with a gold leaf design on the body.  The vase measures 16.6cm high.  The top dia. approx. 8.2cm.  The base dia. is 6.8cm.  the base of the vase looks cased and has definite curves to the rim that curves into the neck base of the body.  The vase is very light.  Can anyone identify this vase please?
