Clear Waisted Crystal Vase?

This vase measures 12.8cm in height. The top measures 7.5cm dia.from flat to flat and the base 6.6cm from point to point.  The vase is quite thick, which measures 0.4cm.  The vase is quite heavy, considering it's overall size.  I am unable to identify this piece, can anyone help?
