These could possibly have been produced for a catering wholesaler by a bottleworks, so the odds of getting further than the wholesaler if you can find their catalogue is remote. This type of glassware was also made in many countries regardless of where it is found in use.

Thanks for letting us know Frank.  I have purchased this one today funny enough and think it is very modern as it is silver coated on plastic, on the actual pouring lid.  There is the No. 2 on the base so hopefully I want have a problem in finding this one.  I want hold my breath.    :24:  :thup:

Not a clue, Otis, sorry. I paid about a pound for mine I think. I only bought it because it's engraved! :)
