Lantern - Very small

Hi, I have this very small (functional) lantern.  I see no marks on the metal - but on the bottom it looks like either E.O._ or E.C._  .  The only thing that came to my mind was E.O.Brody -- but it looks like it is a *C* not a *O* -- so I am not sure.  This is only about 8 inches tall.  I took a pic of it besides a pill bottle for size reference.

Added:  the two bases pics are a bit different.  I wanted to attach so you could see the lettering in both...as to whether a C or a O. (???)
