Topic: Need help identifying glass tree design green glass plate

Sorry, I'm new at this.  My first posting did not take my photo, so I am trying anew with a
thumbnail size jpg and see if it works.
This plate is 8", smooth on inner surface and a blasted type look to the outer surface. 
Who made it and is it technically depression glass or not?  Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the board. Because your picture is a thumbnail we can't see anything, as it won't blow up. Here http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,6522.0.html  is some help on attaching pictures. The longest dimension being about 700 pixels usually gives the right sort of result.
