Can anyone identify the originator of this decanter?  It measures 28.5cm in height with stopper.  The base approx. 19cm dia. and the top dia. without stopper 5.7cm dia. and the neck of the decanter about 10cm in height.  There are so many of these types of decanters but hopefully with the pattern designs someone will be able to identify.
