Any ideas on origins of this bottle please?

Has ground pontil.

The bottle is 9 1/2" tall and 4" wide

I'd be grateful for any info.

sorry dont have any idea but, i was looking at an identical decanter just before xmas a friend was selling it and hoped that i might know what it was but unfortunitly not. Hers was in a dark green colour.
