vase is 5  1/2 inches high
my interpatation of etched signature is
s.v.larntonsly  g.gayman 2005
any help appreciated

l actually thought the vase was mtarfa
before l picked it up and saw the signature

Weird!
The base white looks as if it's solid though, which might rule out the Maltese connection.

Though perhaps some proud owners decided to put their names on it???
Such things are not unheard of.

Just yesterday in a charity shop i saw a Mtarfa round quite flat paperweight with Angela engraved
on it, maybe its a memory of a holiday and Mtarfa did it for them ??
