I.D. for crystal vase with a distinctive abstract pattern

Can anyone identify the maker of this vase please and the age roughly?

It has a five petal flower design on the front and back with the spaces inbetween filled with circular lenses and diagonal lines.

It is such a strange combination I'm hoping someone will recognise it!

It is exactly 6 inches/15cm tall and 4.5 inches/12cm at the widest point.

Both the top and bottom are clean flat surfaces and the base has a polished out pontil mark.
