Scandinavian carafe decanter with a trail decoration

Ive seen this item on here before but i cant find it or remember the maker for the life of me it has a nice small polished pontil and wear is a nice weight also and is around 14" tall i seem to remember it maybe from a similar firm to the viking carafe?
