Topic: square flattish paperweight/suncatcher? cartoon man - Scandinavian possibly?

Cute    but no idea so far on what he might be or where he's from or even  how old he is.

He stands up, so could be a suncatcher, on the other hand he could be a paperweight.

And he could be from anywhere.  The piece is 8cm x 8cm.

Does anyone recognise him from somewhere?

Both links are absolutely fabulous - see, I couldn't collect paperweights because they just don't float my boat, but those..now they are fantastic.  I feel a whole new area of collecting about to start  .
