Topic: id please for possible amber Deco vase

feel that I have seem something previously with a solid colour foot like this.   Although pressed, the faceted design of the sides almost makes it look as tho they have been cut.    About 263mm tall, and with the flat base that you see, and although the pic. is poor there is a lot of wear, suggesting some reasonable age.
The top is ground, and the bevelling seems to come from the pressed shape, which might be Deco.    Very grateful if anyone has some suggestions, and thanks for looking.

Steven  -  very many thanks for your time and trouble, and appreciate the interesting history.    At first glance I thought mine was possibly uranium, but no reaction from the torch, and reading yur earlier posts, am thinking mine is 'Ambre'.     I also thought that the foot was simply black, but remembering some of the slightly contentious threads about there not really being a black glass from that period, guess you are right.   Rather confusing that the two sizes both appear to have the same pattern No.     Must admit I am a real fan of these good Deco shapes, so will hang on to this one.    my thanks again.

It's not uncommon for all forms of a design to have the same pattern number.

well I suppose it does helps to keep the quantity of pattern Nos. to a more manageable level.    Thanks.    Incidentally, a rough translation of the French description of the vase is......'ribbed vase with square foot'........nowhere near as appealing as.........'vase a cote Pied Carre' (sorry I can't do the accents etc.)    There is a degree of water staining, and I am tempted to try table salt to remove these  -  something I have not tried before.
