Pressed glass pedestal bowl with metal foot and little people. French.

Hi everyone....I think this is Scandinavian because the little, dancing people are wearing clogs. It looks art deco to me but I would very much welcome your opinions on country of origin and age. The last picture is of the inside of the bowl where the chrome/metal foot is attached.
