Amber/yellow vase with bubbles but smooth finish

Hi there,

I recently aquired the attached vase. I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it. I am not sure of the maker, country of origin, age or value. It is almost in the style of Riihimaen and Old Colony but other than that despite exhaustive searching on the internet I cant find anything matching it.
