Clear Glass Candle holder?

I am not sure about this one, as I have not seen one before with the mushroom effect within the base.  This is heavy as most of it has been made up of solid glass.  The holder is 6.4cm high, 8.3cm dia.  Thickness around rim 0.7cm.  The depth measurement is 3.5cm and concaved within the inside base area.  The mushroom effect measures approx. 2.5cm wide.  Can anyone identify this please.  There is a hole in the centre of the base and when water is poured in it fills the mushroom.  Most apologise about the poor quality pics.

Mass produced by Krosno, Poland. The open bubble is a telltale sign for nearly all of their production.
