Topic: How was this made, by whom, & when? Pale amber vase

This vase has interior dimples and smooth semi spherical exterior prunts. There are no obvious mould lines and the top is ground smooth. I am reasonably certain it has not been free blown or formed. It stands approx 200mm tall and weighs 1015g.

So please what is the correct term for how it is made. Any information on maker and date will also be welcome.

Hi,
although the mould lines can´t be seen, this vase should be mould-blown.
I think it´s been made by Borske Sklo / Czech. Some examples of their
output can be seen in Mark Hill´s ´Hi Sklo Lo Sklo´. I don´t have my copy
at hand right now, but surely someone will jump in and give you further
info or correct me, if I´m wrong.

Got the book, its Borske Sklo optical mould blown vase
it says" all pieces should have a machine cut and polished rim and a cross on the base from a 4 part mould.
dates c late 1950s through to the 70s.

A closer look at the base shows some well-hidden mould lines. How do they manage to completely lose the mould marks in what is a very smooth body?
