Large blue ashtray.

Hello all,   I found this very heavy blue bowl today. Its nearly 8 inches across so quite a large ashtray. Why I bought it was the beautiful blue colour, It sort of glows but not like green uranium glass. The photo does not really show the depth of colour, The bottom rim appears to be ground. Any idea of maker etc.
