I recently bought this online, and think although plain, the colours are stunning. I don't have any other Murano paperweights, mine being mostly English or Scottish. I googled Cenedese and found some info about a designer called Antonio de Ros, who apparently used a red spot ( called a bloodspot) in his designs. I wondered if this is what this could be? Could he be the designer? Also the label shows the number 186/65. Could this be a date - ie 1965 perhaps?
Am new to this so any help or info appreciated. Regards, JAK West Oz
And if this is posted more than once - my apologies - I did it, then lost it and it didn't seem to have been posted so I did it again .
