Help with ID on this Paperweight - bought it as whitefriars

Hi,

I bought this paperweight off a collector as a rare controlled bubbles paperweight by Whitefriars, and have been told that it is not a whitefriars piece, could anyone tell me whether it is or isnt, I have started looking on the whitefriars website but cannot find anything similar, if it isnt whitefriars does anyone have any idea of wo may of made this,
