Clear glass, straight-sided decanter with large stopper - help needed with id.

I also have this decanter to sell for my charity (FurniturePlus Ltd.).   It is clear glass, straight-sided with a slightly concave base.   The stopper is large for the size of decanter, and has a rough finish where it meets the neck of the decanter.   The whole decanter, including stopper, stand 9.5in (24cm) tall with a base diameter of approx. 5in (13cm)   Any help with identification would be very gratefully received.
