Topic: Harrach? Enamelled pansy vase...green number

Hi there,
been away for some time ...updating my site and a bit of a break...and then i walked into this piece which i know zero about
It was real dirty so the flowers did not stand out so they just about gave it to me.
underneath has polished pontil mark ...with two small green numers...26 or 86...and then in the middle a pinkish mark...unable to decifer.
Any help in which direction i should search?
