Sweet Pea vase id please
« on: April 29, 2010, 07:15:30 PM »
Good evening
I am struggling to locate the maker and age of this sweet vase.  I am told it is a sweet pea vase however for some reason I thought the tops of those vases were wider.  Anyway this one is clear with green colouration some very small air bubbles in places.  Lovely colours as shown to the bottom although it has some water staining so not as clear pic as hoped.  The base is frosted flat and smooth.  It is appears to be cased in clear unless my eyes deceive me.
Any help appreciated as always
Margi

Margi,
looks a bit Chinese to me, maybe Eastern Europe, fairly modern mass produced,
Pretty though.
