Chinese vase possibly?

I bet this is Chinese.  It is quite large, about 14 inches tall.  Is this guess right?  I must say that IF it is Chinese, I do find the colors quite striking.....and I still kinda like it (for now...LOL)

The details in the link that Rose gave says that Sasaki glass may have been made made in Japan, and Europe. Is Sasaki the same as the Toyo-Sasiki company or another entity?
