Hineri Japan bowl/ashtray?

I was thinking that this was another Hineri but upon comparing them with my other 2 I think def not.  It is heavy but not as heavy as Hineri and not as chunky.  Clear with lobes and blue horizontalish stripes.  The base is flat and polished but it has a really bad life so lots of wear.
