Hi again, I have just bought this pretty lidded jam pot at my local booty and wondered if it would be possible to identify the maker of such a piece of glass.   It measures about 4" high and I think has a silver plated lid although there are no hallmarks.    It has a lovely polished base which is star cut.   

The engraving looks like columbine perhaps.  Any ideas as to age or maker would be most helpful.  Thanks :)
