Clear Vase? With Grooves?

Hi, I can't remember IF  I posted this -- but I did do a search and could not find it -- so hoping this is not a repeat....

Anyways, a heavy clear grooved vase.  Kinda looks a bit Deco to me.....but maybe not.  About 11 inches tall.  Have no idea about it, but do like it.  Any thoughts?  Looks pretty with a flower in it...

Chinese?? Hope not...
