Help with white decanter + glass stopper identification

Dose any one know if this decanter is Empoli glass or how can i tell if it is.

I'd guess not Empoli - but either Mediterranea (Spain) or China (mainland). The Genie bottles from Empoli you are thinking of are all mould blown and have a plastic nylon stopper.
