Very much Bohemian,the actual factory may be difficult to nail down but the 'cut top' and 'splatter' effect is right,odd application with those funny blue bits around the base,

Thanks Keith! that does give me a direction to head in for research and I think it may be 'Czech Serpentine Art Glass', a vague area but a good place to search. kind regards, amanda
