The logo is the standard Glassexport one, used by most of the Czech glassblowing factories. The label is not the common one but very similar to one I have on a Chribska piece, which might just be a coincidence, although it looks like it might be Chribska. Exbor did the most famous hedgehogs, John (Glassobsessed) has one on his Picasa album), which shows it be carved, whereas yours is moulded.  ZBS also did animals,as did Skrdlovice, but I've not seen any of theirs in this style.

I'm sure Jindrich can add much more, and you might want to check out is Chribska catalogues.
