Art Deco vase - ID = Bagley Bedford, pattern No. 3057

I have no idea which factory and haven't been succussful in finding it on the "tinternet".  I would guess at Czech, but that's no help, is it?   :)

Any ideas please?

It stands just under 6" tall.
