Tiny 'wine' glass?

3 inches high,appears to have been made in one piece,no mould lines with 'tooling around the bowl,the rim,after a closer look has been 'cut' across the top and around the edge,moulded foot? and have just noticed it has a clear rim,flashed? some wear to the base,any ideas? :huh: :huh:
